  • Initial Assessment - 1 hour session. We will discuss health habits, medical concerns, health goals and current food intake analysis.  I will also provide personalized tips and meal and snack ideas to optimize your health and to ensure your hunger is satisfied throughout your day. 

  • Nutrition Classes - 60-90 minute sessions on general nutrition education.  Topics will include items such as portion control, foods to avoid, foods to include more of in your diet, importance of certain vitamins and minerals, making healthier food choices, information for various special needs groups (e.g. children, elderly, special dietary concerns)

  • Meal Planning - Meal plans will be created for you based on your current health goals and nutrition requirements.  Meal plans will be for a 30 day period and will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. 

  • Grocery Store Tours - 45 - 60 minute tour of grocery store to help you better understand how to make wise choices at the grocery store.  We will walk through each section of the grocery where I will provide nutrition information and tips. By the end of the session, you will know how to make better decisions in the store and be able to properly analyze nutrition labels.

  • Food Preparation and Cooking Demonstrations  Learn how to prep foods once for your entire week  of meals, learn how to prepare some delicious & healthy meals to help you meet your health goals.  Lunch provided.

  • Personal Training - One on one personal training sessions at the location of your choice.  Veggie Rap provides all equipment. You just provide the desire to be a healthier, fitter and leaner you.
